Use of Funds
The Charity is established by a deed dated 26th March 1997 which allows the Charity to apply it's income "in relieving either generally or individually persons resident in the Ancient Parish of Burham who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress by making grants of money or providing or paying for items, services or facilities calculated to reduce the need, hardship or distress of such persons"

Trustees
The Charity is managed by a board of Trustess who meet three or four times a year to manage the Charity and discuss and approve grants. Two Trustees are nominated by the Parish Councils of Burham and Aylesford and are subject to re-election every four years. Up to 5 additional "Co-opted" trustees can be appointed to serve for a period of 5 years.
